Day 1: TANGER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN.
5 days Tangier tour to Fes and Assilah departure: You will be collected by our guide at the port, airport or appointed place in Tangier at the appointed time and beginning of the route. We exit in the direction of Chaouen, making a stopover to visit Tetouan, its medina, and the most emblematic places of the city. Continuation toward Chaouen with mysterious people in a blue city, it was founded as a secret place from which to attack the Portuguese installed on the north coast of the country. It was totally prohibited for Europeans to enter the city until the arrival of Spanish troops in 1920. Arrival in Chaouen and free afternoon to have a first contact with the city. Dinner and lodging at the Riad.
Day 2: Chefchaouin – Volubilis – Fes.
After a good breakfast, we will take the route of the Rif mountains where we can see the most emblematic places of this region living a world of contrasts. We will arrive at the Roman Ruins at Volubilis; an ancient Roman city where there are the best preserved archaeological remains and the most visited UNESCO site in Morocco.
Day 3: FES GUIDED VISIT.
After a good breakfast, today we will have the possibility to make a guided tour of the most emblematic places of Fes, entering its medina, you feel that time has gone back, small alleys where you are not allowed any other means of transport than donkeys, the tumult of the people moving through the labyrinth of narrow streets, racing in the endless souks, take a coffee in the terraces, stepping into the old Koranic schools and not to miss the thousands of craftsmen plying their trades. In Fes, we can live in a world of fantasy away from everything that we consider normal, a scenario of djellaba, carpets and wonderful lamps. A visit here is different and special. Dinner and accommodation in the Hotel.
Day 4: Fes – Rabat– Asilah.
Breakfast and departure to the Atlantic Coast; Rabat being the first stop. Visit to the capital of Morocco where you can view the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah Oudayas, etc. In the afternoon continue toward Asilah, making a stop in Larache, where will visit and take a leisurely stroll around the most emblematic places, and enjoy the stunning views of the sea. Continuation until Asilah, where they will spend the night. Dinner and accommodation in the Hotel.
Day 5: ASILAH – TANGIER.
Breakfast and free time to enjoy Asilah, stroll through its streets, visit the medina, know their walls, and relax with the charm of this city. At the appointed time, transfer to the port, airport, or agreed place in Tangier “End of 5 days Tangier tour to Fes and Assilah”.
